MaxSend is built to keep your data on your device. This policy explains what the app stores and what leaves your device when you send mail.
Summary
MaxSend does not operate a cloud backend for your campaigns. Recipient data, message content, and campaign settings are stored locally in an on-device database. SMTP passwords are stored in the system Keychain. When you send mail, message data is transmitted only to the SMTP server you configure.
Data stored on your device
- Campaign details (subject, bodies, headers, attachments metadata)
- Recipient lists you import or paste
- Send status, errors, and progress
- SMTP account host, port, username, and security settings
- SMTP passwords (Keychain, not in the database)
Data that leaves your device
When you send or test a connection, MaxSend opens an outbound network connection to your SMTP server and transmits authentication credentials and message content required for delivery. MaxSend does not sell your data, run third-party advertising trackers, or upload your recipient lists to our servers.
Files you select
With your permission, MaxSend reads CSV files and attachments you choose through the system file picker. Those files are processed locally for import or MIME encoding; they are not copied to a developer-operated cloud service by the app.
Your controls
You can delete campaigns, recipients, and SMTP accounts from within the app. Removing an SMTP account deletes its stored password from the Keychain. Uninstalling the app removes local application data subject to platform behavior.
Analytics and children
MaxSend does not include third-party analytics or crash-reporting SDKs in the current version. The app is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Changes and contact
This policy may be updated as the app evolves. Material changes will be reflected in-app and on this page. For privacy questions, contact us via the support page or the App Store listing.
